The Faculty Mentoring Program and the Writing Room solely serve Mānoa faculty and full-time teaching staff eligible for promotion and tenure.
The Writing Room
The Faculty Mentoring Program provides a quiet space and time for individual faculty to write. You may reserve space for yourself or for your Mānoa writing group. Refreshments may be brought in. At times, beverages may be provided by FMP.

Weekdays, 9:00 am–4:00 pm
Closed on holidays.

Please reserve space 24 hours ahead.
The Virtual Writing Room
The Faculty Mentoring Program will host a writing group providing faculty with a virtual space for dedicated writing time to focus on projects.
Members are free to join or leave the sessions as needed.
Visit our events page and look for our Virtual Writing Room event to register. To attend the virtual space on both days, please register once for each series.
